Then the state pulled the funding rug out from under us, and I found myself without a job. But the customized ChatGPT I built and trained on Oregon landlord-tenant law from reliable public sources felt too useful to shelve.So, I decided to make it publicly available so my neighbors can take advantage of it too. Consider it your personal AI compass through lease clauses, repair requests, resource hunting, and next-step planning. And just in case you haven't figured by now, I use a customized ChatGPT that I pay for, but it's free for public use as long as you have a free ChatGPT account.Some people don't like using AI.
